Compounding his woes, a collision in the first corner damaged his front wing. Despite these setbacks, Antonelli showcased his resilience and racing skills by climbing from P12 to finish P7, demonstrating a consistent pace throughout the race.

  5. P10 in Feature Race in Bahrain

Antonelli gets his first point in Formula 2!!! Kimi started the Feature Race in P18 and, with the Prime compound, had an excellent pace climbing up to P10, but once we pitted for Option tires, we struggled more than expected; even with that, we were able to manage the race to keep P10 until the end of the race and get our first point in Formula 2 in the first race weekend. The most important thing is that we need to look into the Option tire compound and understand why we aren't as strong with it versus the Prime compound.
